Escape to River Cottage on factualtv.com. It appeals to the side of me that secretly wishes I could have my own small holding and be more self sufficient. I also love the British humor of the host who moved from the city to the country, and is trying to make a go of it. He must have been a chef as he comes up with some great recipes that are quite adventurous. I've been watching the episodes for free through factualtv.com.

Words like "larder" and "veg" have now crept into my vocabulary since watching this. It's nuts!

I think that this is so relevant, as I believe there is a collective consciousness happening where more people are becoming interested in growing their own food. I will check these links out. May I add that I'm very happy you are blogging.
